In the northern hill country (northwest of Burnet), Lot 57, in the Ranches at Blackbuck Ridge, is a beautiful lot in a gated neighborhood out in the country. The street-front of the property is mostly clear (no clearing necessary to build) but the back has those beautiful oak groves, native to the area.
