It is a fantastic, safe area for walking and jogging along tree-lined, flower-filled streets. The bedroom is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, a closet, a desk, and a chair. You will be just a 3-minute walk to top nightlife (The Abbey, Micky's, etc.) and only 2 minutes from Pavilions, Starbucks, and amazing restaurants. Despite being so close to the entertainment center, the apartment itself is incredibly quiet, bright with natural sunlight, and gets amazing air circulation. The apt has 2 bedrooms, but one will be locked. You will have the entire apt to yourself. You will have the entire apt to yourself except for the locked bedroom. The other roommate maintains a clean, organized, smoke-free, and drug-free home environment, who also travels frequently for work, you will have the luxury of enjoying the entire apartment entirely to yourself.
