WINTER RENTAL- DECEMBER 15, 2026 thru MARCH 30th, 2027. ( 60 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL) Victorian home with covered porch, and a large deck 35 minutes from Manhattan. The house is in Prospect Park in White Plains, a very special community of homes with large lots. It is super quiet, yet it is only 5 minutes from downtown White Plains. The house has three bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths. Rental is available from December 15, 2026 through March 30, 2027. Minimum rental is 60 nights. Maximum of 5 people (family). One well trained dog is welcome. The house is over 100 years old. It is charming, and comfortable. (pictures) But it is over 100, so care and concern are required. We have lived here for over 40 years. We have updated and continue to update the quality of the appliances, furniture, carpeting, and all aspects of the house. There is a new oven, and microwave in the kitchen. There is new carpeting in the master bedroom, and in the living room. There is a new washer/dryer in the half bath. The bedrooms are a king in the master, a queen in second bedroom, and a twin in the third bedroom. THIS IS NOT A LONG TERM RENTAL THIS IS A SHORT TERM RENTAL The house is available from December 15, 2026 -March 30, 2027. We have a cleaning person who comes every two weeks. The cost is $120 per visit, and renter is responsible to pay her directly. (note: cleaning person cleans house. She does not do the laundry) Minimum rental is 60 nights.
