This 67.5 acre listing is situated about thirteen miles northwest of Tofte along the Sawbill Trail. The property is home to aspen, ash, tamarack, pine, spruce, and balsam fir. It was harvested in 1998, leaving a buffer around the edges. The terrain is rolling, composed of clay and loam soils mixed with rock, and it naturally drains south toward Torgenson Creek, which eventually feeds into Lake Superior.
