Rent ranges from $2,945 to $3,145, depending on the unit. Utilities are a flat $230 per month, covering water, sewer, garbage, and gas. Pet lovers are welcome, with a $35 pet rent per month (maximum 2 pets). Please note, no smoking of any kind is allowed. A background check, including rental, employment, and credit verification, will be performed. A credit score of at least 650 is required, and rent cannot exceed 33% of your household income.
