Updated two bedroom, one bath ADU located on Mt. Washington. The ADU has a private entrance and is located on the second floor, above the included single-car garage. NOTE: The main home will have access to a double-car garage, and the ADU has access to a single-car garage. The garage bays have been divided, so there are no shared spaces. Application Fee and Process: We require that you apply to the property you're interested in before scheduling a tour to ensure that everyone intending to live at the property cumulatively meets the income requirement of 3x the advertised monthly rent.
