Boone Creek Apartments are located just beside the Boone Mall, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the Appalcart! These spacious 2bd/2ba units boast a split floor plan with a large living/dining area. The kitchen offers plenty of pantry, cabinet and counter space, along with full size appliances including a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Bathrooms have built in shelving for extra storage and, with not having to share a common bathroom, provide privacy for each tenant! A washer and dryer are included in each unit, along with two guest parking passes, so tenants can entertain friends and family in the center of Boone. Parking is Included Units rent for $1500 and are carpeted units and are jointly leased. The security deposit is typically the same as the rental amount with a $75 administrative fee per tenant. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant, except for trash removal, as there is a dumpster onsite for trash disposal. Sorry, this property is not pet friendly.
