1 Bed in a Female unit-Roommate Matching Conveniently located just a short walk from the convocation center and numerous restaurants, Tristen Place is a quaint complex perfect for students and professionals alike. These apartments offer a 4bd/2ba floor plan. Inside the red door, find new grey luxury vinyl plank floors, a spacious living/dining area, and cozy kitchen. Units include ceiling fans, plenty of natural light, and modern grey walls. Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and washer and dryer are included in the rent as an added amenity! Furry friends are welcome, with a limit of 1 pet per tenant. There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Size and breed restrictions may apply, so make sure to ask your leasing representative before applying. 4-bedroom units are individually leased by-the-bed. The security deposit is typically the same as the rent with a $75 administration fee per tenant. The rental price includes an on-site dumpster for trash disposal, but all other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.
