The best Canby has to offer! Our community offers large two-bedroom apartment homes. Every home comes with a fully equipped kitchen as well as washers and dryers in your apartment. Our private patio or balconies are a great place to relax and enjoy what the Orchards has to offer inside and out. We are located in a convenient location close to Fred Meyer, local schools, great restaurants, beautiful parks, Canby Fairgrounds and even a theater. At The Orchards, where beautiful does not have to be expensive, stop by and take a look for yourself :) -Applications- The application fee is $45 for each person over the age of 18. Each adult will need to submit their own application. Proof of income must be presented with your application along with photo ID. Applications are screened on a first come first serve basis.
