Originally The Sheridan Trust and Savings Bank Building, the 1920s Chicago landmark was created in the golden age of bank architecture. Using its rounded triangular shape, The Teller House anchors the historic entertainment intersection of Broadway and Lawrence Ave, home of The Riviera, Uptown Theatre, and Aragon Ballroom, Chicago's most prominent theatres. The FLATS design team has transformed the building's top eight floors into modern luxury apartment homes in addition to the expansive three-level WeWork below.

We have some canine breed restrictions including full-blooded Bull Terriers (English, Staffordshire, and American), Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans. Mixed canine breeds including one of the restricted breeds, German Shepherds, Chow Chows, Malamutes, Akitas, and Wolf-hybrids must pass an interview and be approved by the management team and provide documentation that the pet has attended and passed obedience training.
