Thank you for your inquiry in the luxury rentals located at 2917 39 North Central Avenue in Chicago. These apts are modern 2-bedroom, 2-full bathroom units that are spacious and open with high ceilings. This luxury unit offers a gourmet kitchen equipped with a full stainless steel appliance package and island. Primary suites are large enough to easily fit a king size bed and storage will not be a problem as the master suite has one walk in closet. Each residence comes with a full-size side by side washer and dryer. Included in the rent is one assigned outdoor parking space. The interior and exterior is camera monitored and has a key FOB controlled access system. Zitella Construction and Mgmt is a professional, boutique management company that has built, leased, and managed on the NW side of Chicago. All rents, general inquiries, and maintenance requests are done thru a convenient and efficient online portal. We pride ourselves on fanatical customer service - all tenants will receive a response to maintenance requests or general inquiries within ONE business day. The unit is available as early as June 6th and includes 1 outdoor assigned parking space (OPTION TO RENT 1 ADD'L ONSITE), sewer/water, snow removal and scavenger. We allow one pet per apartment, with a weight limit of 30 lbs. (breed restrictions apply and we do not allow breeds we deem aggressive). Service animals are accepted as well. Please note that after seeing the apartment, a prospective tenant 18+ years that would like to move forward would need to apply. The application process requires a $100 credit check fee per applicant - if a lease is signed, the credit check fee will be applied to the first month's rent. We also complete both employment and income verification, including submission of the two most recent paycheck stubs or sufficient proof of income. If an application is approved, in order to reserve the apartment, we require the following: #1. Signed lease, #2. Move-in/Move-out Fee of $700.
