This peaceful apartment community is tucked away on a hill between Delta and Linwood Avenues, just to the north of Mount Lookout Square. This quiet residential neighborhood is nonetheless close to the center of activity in Cincinnati: a fifteen minute drive down Columbia Parkway to downtown, and near at hand to the shopping centers of Hyde Park Plaza, Oakley, and Rookwood. From here, it is a brief few minute stroll down to the square for burgers or sushi, or a five minute drive to wander the gardens of Ault Park or the shops and restaurants of Hyde Park Square. Some of the Amenities that we are pleased to provide include: Off Street Parking. We provide an off street parking lot reserved at night for the exclusive use of our residents. Laundry Rooms. Each of our buildings is equipped with a laundry room with coin operated machines ($1.50 each for washing machines and for dryers). Management on Site. Our office is located on the premises. Heat included, hot and cold water included, trash and recycling included. Apartments are equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.
