The Lincoln opened in the summer of 2022 and is the culmination of SCA's decade-long commitment to revitalizing Tremont's Scranton Corridor.
Taking its name and inspiration from nearby Lincoln Park in the center of Tremont, the building serves as a symbol for what meaningful development can be: sustainable design, focused on strengthening the fabric of existing neighborhoods, dreamt of and realized by a team committed to community-building.
