Rent is $1500 a month with a separate utility charge of $125 that Includes water, sewage, trash, gas, and WIFI. The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit of $600 pending approval. The deposit subject to change pending results of background check. To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), no collections, no Rental Debt, no Evictions, and have a clean background check.
