Residents pay a $70 monthly utility fee covering water, sewer, garbage, recycling, and electricity. Tenants are responsible for internet, phone, and Wi-Fi services.
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two pets per household. A $250 refundable pet deposit and current rabies vaccination documentation are required.
Surface parking is available for $30 per space per month. EV charging is also available and managed through the ChargeLab app.
Additional charges include a $50 screening fee per applicant and $13 per month for renter's liability insurance. Residents may opt out of the insurance charge by providing proof of qualifying coverage.
When applicable, a holding fee may be required for move-in dates scheduled more than 14 days after approval. The holding fee is applied toward the security deposit at move-in and may be nonrefundable if the applicant does not complete the move-in.
