The large studio-like bedrooms feature generously sized private closets and bathrooms, with individual heating and air conditioning controls for each bedroom. The community provides free Wi-Fi, and bedrooms are individually hard-wired, offering various options for cable and internet service. The spacious eat-in kitchen includes a refrigerator and pantry for each private room, and each apartment comes with a washer and dryer. There are two- and three-bedroom apartments available, with bedrooms leased individually. Separately, Remington Row also features a 1,750 square foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, single-family home. This home is set apart from the shared living apartment homes, providing added privacy for its residents. Conveniently located just three blocks from Old Town Fort Collins and one block from Colorado State University, Remington Row offers easy access to shopping, restaurants, trails, and transportation in the charming Laurel School Historic Neighborhood. Off-street parking and bike storage are also available. This is a pet-friendly community.
