This rental includes a private bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet in a shared housing unit. Each bedroom contains a Twin size bed, desk and chair. The unit is equipped with all kitchen appliances, including washer/dryer and the living room is fully furnished. Rental fees include a $50 allowance toward utilities. Utility expenses that exceed allowance will be billed equally among all tenants. Contemporary vinyl plank flooring throughout unit for easy care.
