This unit is large and has its own private deck, attached sun room/storage room, and its own laundry. The tenant is responsible for the electric/internet. Owner pays for heat which is a propane fed monitor heater which heats the place comfortably, but there are electric baseboard heaters throughout that could be used to supplement.
