This is a beautiful walkout basement apartment in a custom built house. The property is very private, located on 24 acres in Warner NH which abuts Warner river. The upper two levels of the home are rented out to professionals with a separate parking and entry area. As you enter the main door, there is an entry/office room with a closet. The living room has a mini split unit that supplies a/c as needed, however the apartment stays naturally cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The living room also has a sliding glass door that looks out at the back patio and views. Throughout the apartment there are radiant heated stone floors & large exposed beams. Outside there is a nice landscape with stone patio, and views to enjoy. The floor plan gives an idea of the layout. Provided photos are not the best due to the tenant currently living there is in the process of moving and we have not been able to access the space or clean it out. Once we establish contact, additional photos can be shared. All utilities (electric, heat, wifi & water/sewer) are included. Landlord pays for the onsite dumpster for household trash, driveway snowplowing (tenant shovels walkways), and lawn mowing. Smoking is not allowed on this property.
