This apartment was newly constructed one year ago. It is a bright, second floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Andover, NH available July 1. It has a large modern kitchen, in unit washer and dryer and a convenient entry area. Drive 35 minutes to the upper valley (Dartmouth, Hanover, Lebanon), as well as to Concord. One large dog may be allowed on a case by case basis. No smoking in or outside of buildings at any time by tenants or guests. It has a shared backyard and 2 onsite parking spots. Vehicles must be registered, functional and moved according to snow removal schedules in applicable weather. A one year lease required. Rent is due on 1st of each month or is subject to late fees. Rent includes heat, plowing, mowing and on site dumpster for household trash. Access to shared landlord network wifi is permitted or you can pay for your own if desired.
