All pets must weigh 100 pounds or less at full grown and must not be of an aggressive breed. For puppies, breed standards will be used to determine weight at full grown

No animals of any kind are allowed, even temporarily, anywhere in the apartment or the community without prior management approval. Pets weighing 1 to 50 lbs - $350 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. Fees must be paid prior to animal being allowed in apartment or anywhere in the community. $25 Pet rent monthly each. Pets weighing 51 to 100 lbs - $500 Non-Refundable Pet Fee.
