Enjoy year-round comfort with a window air conditioning system, stay entertained with a Roku-equipped TV, and take advantage of convenient building amenities like an on-site laundry room, dedicated management support, and an on-site representative for a seamless stay. This unit has a floor area of approximately 450 sq ft. PARKING: Please be aware that parking is very limited around the unit. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and fill up quickly. SUPPLIES: Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc) not included. APPLICATION AND FEES: *All guests are required to complete a rental application, which includes identity verification, a credit and background screening, and proof of income or financial qualification. A non-refundable application fee of $25 per applicant applies. All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete the application process. *Guests will also be required to sign a separate lease agreement directly with the host prior to move-in. *Renter's insurance is required for all stays. Guests may provide proof of their own qualifying policy, or may elect to purchase a monthly renter's insurance policy through the host for $15/month. *A refundable security deposit of $1,250 is required for all stays and must be paid directly to the host after booking confirmation and prior to check-in. The deposit will be returned within 21 days after move-out, less any applicable deductions permitted under the lease agreement and California law. Cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. *Additional documentation and qualification requirements may apply in accordance with California law and the terms of the lease agreement. *Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Approved pets require a refundable $500 pet deposit and pet rent of $2.16 per pet, per night. *Optional housekeeping service is available for $299 per visit and includes deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of essential supplies. *Monthly rent is calculated based on a 30-day period. If the rental term exceeds 30 days, rent shall be prorated at a daily rate equal to the monthly rent divided by thirty (30), multiplied by the number of additional days in the rental term. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: **This space is non-smoking. **Please note that you will be charged for any damages to linens, cookware, furniture, fixtures or other items that we find after you check out.
