The unit has electric heat. Appliances included are range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is a coin operated laundry room on-site and two assigned off-street parking spaces per unit. Water, sewer, basic garbage & recycling, and landscaping are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Rent: $1,595.00 per month. Minimum Gross Applicant Income: $4,785.00 per month (3 times monthly rent). TERMS: This property is located OUTSIDE Portland city limits and is not subject to the FAIR Ordinance. All occupants 18 years of age and older are Applicants and are jointly responsible for paying rent to the landlord. Minimum gross Applicant income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. Once we have verified your application is complete and is first in line, we will email you a showing invitation. All showings are in-person and are scheduled Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. If applicant(s) fail to view the property within 48 hours of notification, the application(s) may be canceled.
