1. The application fee in the form of a money order. The
application fee is $75 for up to two applicants.
*Any adult moving in MUST be on the application.
*Must be 21 years of age or older
2. A copy of your social security card and ID is recommended.
In order to qualify for an apartment, your credit report must have no relevant
landlord tenant filings or evictions. In addition, you cannot have an arrest
record. Your income needs to be at least two - three times the cost of rent
