There is central air and a private balcony. Tenant pays reasonable gas and electric. Landlord pays water, sewage, trash and gas for the hot water. This is a renovated 10 unit building located right off of Stanton Avenue in Highland Park. It is also a convenient distance from Friendship, Shadyside, Lawrenceville, the Target in East Liberty, and the shops and restaurants on Penn Avenue. There is limited off street parking - first come first serve for no more than one vehicle per unit. The basement has coin-operated laundry and storage units. All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
