This is a renovated two bedroom unit on the 2nd floor of a 5 unit building. The open kitchen/living area features granite counter tops, microwave, dishwasher, track lighting, ceiling fan, and a decorative fireplace. The kitchen takes half of this space with room for a sofa or loveseat. The bedrooms are spacious and feature exposed brick, ceiling fans, and ample closet space. This apartment has hardwood floors, central air, and a ceramic tiled bathroom. Tenant pays reasonable gas and electric. Landlord pays water, sewer and trash disposal. This building is located in Highland Park, just a few blocks from the shops and restaurants on Bryant street, and the park itself. Shadyside is a few blocks in the other direction. It is one block from the bus stop. The tenants share a fenced in yard with the building next door. There's coin operated laundry on the first floor and storage for each unit in the basement. Parking is very easy on street. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions.
