This is a third floor one bedroom, one bathroom unit available in a brick building. The unit features: hardwood floors, dishwasher, electric stove, built in microwave, new cabinets, and plenty of closet space. One window AC unit will be provided. Tenants pay electric only, heat is electric. Landlord pays water, sewage and trash. This is a 24 unit, brick building on Robinson Street in Oakland. It is conveniently located 1 1/2 blocks away from the University of Pittsburgh, Carlow University, multiple hospitals, and is close to the bus line. Each unit has one assigned off street parking space included in the rent. There is coin operated laundry and extra storage in the basement. There are bike racks inside the building on each floor. Landlord will pay water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays electric only. There is electric baseboard heat. All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
