It has a lot of character and includes hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings throughout, ceiling fans, a very large bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a spacious living room. The fully remodeled kitchen has granite countertops, dishwasher, built in microwave, and a high BTU glass top stove. The windows in the entire apartment were replaced in 2017. Landlord pays water, sewage, trash disposal, and gas for the hot water. Tenants pay electric. There is electric baseboard heat and a window AC unit will be installed upon request. This recently renovated Point Breeze 4 unit is located a few blocks from Mellon Park and Bakery Square. It features off street parking, a shared yard behind the building & coin operated laundry and storage in the basement. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
