We are offering for rent ONE renovated upstairs 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment equipped with a separate storage unit and covered parking space at Fulton Park Apartments. We are now accepting applications for this apartment. None of the units at this property are legally classified as disabled accessible units. Rent is $1,299/month, plus each tenant pays $50/month as a water/sewer/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling and water/sewer. We will require a strong rental history, good credit, and a $1,299 refundable security deposit. No last month's rent deposit is required. Tenants must carry their own separate liability insurance policy for damage to the apartment and to cover apartment contents.
