Abundant with natural light and windows this place is perfect for plants and perfect for you :) Pacific Court is a small complex with only 10 units and space to store your bike in the basement/laundry room. This unit is ground level, no upstairs or downstairs neighbors. Pacific Court is in the Kerns neighborhood which exudes the artistic, quirky aesthetic Portland is known for. As you explore Kerns, you'll see vibrant murals, public art, and unique architecture throughout the neighborhood. Perfect for any renter, Kerns has music stores, bike shops, art supply stores, diverse eateries, gourmet grocery stores, and some of the city's best breweries. Pets Ok. 2 cats or 1 small/medium dog (On basis of meet and greet, large dog possible, please inquire). Additional pet deposit required ($100 per pet). Plus $25/mo pet rent per pet. Electric, internet and is responsibility of tenant. Garbage, gas, sewage and water are covered by us. Our leases are 11 months.
