We could have built a "complex" of condo's you've come to expect, instead we chose to build a community of one-story residences that feel like a neighborhood. We acquired a special parcel of land and wanted to keep it special for those who would live here. Every Bungalow is one level with 12' vaulted ceilings, an attached garage and an over-sized fenced-in private patio giving you the comforts of "home" along with the freedom to roam. There are no noisy neighbors above or below you and you can escape from house chores and a mortgage payment to have a lifestyle of enjoyment that you deserve. The Bungalows neighborhood gives you the privacy and freedom you have been looking for.
