The unit itself has an excellent layout with living dining and kitchen area at the front of the home. Down the spacious hall you will find a second bedroom (Large enough for a King of Queen Bed), quarter bath, full bath and the largest bedroom which features two closets.
The unit comes with one attached garage space included, a second car can park behind the garage or there is always ample street parking.
Please note that pets are not allowed in the building and have not been in the building previously. Laundry is located on the second floor just outside you unit entrance.
