It measures 1030 sq. ft. and includes heat, hot and cold water, and waste removal in the price of rent. There's also an elevator and a laundry room in the building. We've just installed a new kitchen floor, kitchen counter and sink, and bathroom vanity and sink. Appliances provided are fridge/freezer, stove/oven. Tenants provide window units for a/c. Pets are allowed for a one-time fee of $350 plus $30 monthly pet rent. We look for applicants to make at least 2.5x monthly rent, or if they are students we require a cosigner.
