The property was completed in 1973.Royal Oak Manor completed a major renovation project in 2022. These units have features that make them more accessible for individuals with a permanent mobility impairment, including widened doorways, lowered kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops, open (cabinet-free) areas beneath sinks, roll-in shower and lower shelves and hanger bars in closets.
