There is also a dining area, a kitchen with lots of cabinets and a dishwasher, and a nice sized bathroom. The unit is bright, and there is a wall air conditioner. Parking is provided for one car, and a carport is provided. Tenant is responsible for electric bill. Landlord pays for water, garbage and to heat the water. Heat is electric. Cats are permitted, dogs are not. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. A no-fee application must be filled out prior to scheduling any viewings. If there is interest on both sides after viewing the apartment, there is a $32 fee for a background check.
