Under 525 2 months (SD) plus a qualified guarantor. Should a co signer be required please note the qualifications: Must submit an applicaiton Credit score of 625 or Higher No Evictions, Bankruptcy, or Foreclosures on File No Felonies within 7 years Meet income requirements and have garnishable income If approved, must be willing to sign lease as financial guarantor Income Net combined income of applicants in excess of 2.5 times monthly rent (or 3 times gross) is required to rent the unit being applied for. Income from employment is required a minimum of 1 month.
