We welcome two pets per apartment home. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. Pet rent is $25 per month, per animal. Aggressive breeds are prohibited. There is a 45-pound weight limit for dogs in our Midrise building. We use a third-party pet screening company during the application process for applicants to complete.
