Apartments have been recently updated with brand new Luxury Plank flooring throughout, a newly updated bathroom and fresh modern paint colors. Both Apartment buildings have shared laundry facilities. This building is comprised of 24 & 36, all-electric apartments with new windows and screens throughout. It is located directly next door to a city park & playground called Yale Park. We have a bulk cable & internet package in the building so our residents get a discounted rate of $65per month for high speed wireless internet and basic cable services through Spectrum. Community is pet-friendly with an on-site fenced area for off-lease playtime, although some restrictions do apply. Yale Park next door is also pet-friendly.
