The Alyward Apartments is a beautiful classic recently remodeled 1909 Seattle brick building located in the heart of Capitol Hill. No other area in the city has as much to offer in such a close distance. Living here means that you're mere blocks in any direction from all you could want or need, including Cal Anderson Park, The New Light Rail Station with one stop access to Downtown or The University of Washington and The University of Washington School of Medicine, The Seattle Central College Campus, Dicks Burgers, all of the cities major bus lines, and the Seattle Street Car, as well as multiple grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife galore. Unit 1 is situated on the Southwest corner of the building and receives fantastic natural light. There are natural hard wood floors throughout, vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom, ample closet space in the bedroom and a natural gas range. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval.
