Unit 1 is situated on the Southwest corner of the building and receives fantastic natural light. There are natural hard wood floors throughout, vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom, ample closet space in the bedroom and a natural gas range.
At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
