The Maverick Apartments is a newly renovated community located just 2 blocks from the edge of the University of Washington campus. You will love living in such a beautiful, gated, convenient location! Easy access to the Link Light Rail Station 1 block away, the "Ave" (local restaurants and shopping on University Avenue), the U-Village Shopping Center and Seattle Downtown! Controlled building access and cameras on-site. Managed by Lee and Associates, a family-owned business founded in the 1970s. We are happy to serve! Many of our tenants use the Bill Pay feature with their banks for rent payments. $45 application fee & $200 Holding Deposit (applied to Security Deposit total) Water, sewer, garbage monthly fee $100 for the first person, $50 for each additional occupant. We are supplying free wifi with Xfinity! Garage Parking at the Maverick Garage is $220 per month. Alley Parking is $195 per month. Inside cats only, please; i.e., they will be confined to the apartment at all times; not allowed to be loose on the property. Pet Deposit: 1 time payment of 20% of monthly rent for 1 cat or 25% for 2 cats. Limit of 2 cats per apartment. Sorry no dogs. Fully Refundable Deposit is $1,200! This is a non-smoking building.
