    Located in the University District, Sun Light Apartments are a short 5-minute walk from the University of Washington Each mini-studio includes a private bathroom and kitchenette (equipped with a mini-fridge and a microwave). Dual studios include two rooms with a shared bathroom and individual kitchenettes in each room. There are full-size shared kitchens and a shared laundry room on the 1st and 3rd floor. Sun Light is a student-only building. *STUDENTS ONLY* Units are available for pre-leasing in Fall 2026. All units are on a fixed move-in date of Sept. 9th, 2026 to Aug. 31st, 2027 The security deposit is $400 with a $100 non-refundable fee for carpet cleaning. ($600/$200 for dual studios). Utilities and internet are not included. Renter's insurance is required. The first and last month's rent is due at the lease signing.
