The Regan Lee was built in 1929 and still retains much of its Old World charm. Its located walking distance to the Metropolitan Market, Safeway and two blocks from Toulouse Petit and Ozzie's on Mercer Street, as well as many other great restaurants and shops on Lower Queen Anne. Unit 8 is situated on the Southwest of the building and receives lovely natural light through the new real wood windows! It has gorgeous natural hardwood floors throughout, vinyl in the newly updated kitchen which includes new appliances. The bathroom tile is original and is in impeccable condition. There is an eat-in nook in the kitchen and a walk-in closet in the bedroom. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to $1000 the refundable security deposit upon approval. There is a $135 monthly utility fee for water, sewer, garbage. This building is no smoking and no pet property. Regan Lee has ample storage and off street parking available for a fee.
