The Yale Apartments is a classic 1920's brick building located in Seattle's Eastlake neighborhood. This 12 unit building is near many great shops and restaurants including; Serafina, Otherside Market & Deli, Armistice Coffee, the Victor Tavern and much more. A bike ride to South Lake Union takes less than 10 minutes, access to I-5 is quick and easy as well. Unit 204 is situated on the Northeast corner of the building and receives lovely natural light. It has hardwood floors throughout, tile flooring in the bathroom, a darling breakfast nook off the kitchen and an in-unit washer/dryer. This 1 bedroom plus den oozes charm and personality with its coved ceilings, efficient galley kitchen and a unique built-in located in the foyer. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
