Residents may choose fully furnished residences for turnkey living or unfurnished homes for a more personalized experience, with both indoor and outdoor parking options. We do not refuse to rent a unit to any person because they will provide rental payment, in whole or in part, through a voucher for rental housing assistance provided by the District of Columbia or the federal government.
