The maximum allowable weight limit for a pet in a one (1) pet household is 80lbs, if there are two (2) pets in the home each pet must be under 45lbs full-grown. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $500 for one (1) pet or $800 for two (2) and $50 monthly pet rent per pet.
