Located near Down Town Traverse City you'll find our spacious 2 bed 2.5 bath. It's located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the complex. Owner pays for utilities for the home. There is a $500 refundable deposit due upon signing. Renter will pay cleaning and any other damage that may occur during their stay. Stained linens, broken items etc. will be replaced if the cleaners or owner deem unusable. The home is available till June 1st and no later with a 10:00 departure. Rent is due on the 1st of each month and will be prorated for the first month. Smoking of any sorts if 100% prohibited in the home. Pets are not welcome in the home either. You are to park in space 10 only. There is an over flow lot on the other side of the white fence.
