Adorable unfurnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath basement apartment with outdoor entrance. Close to downtown but without all the issues of downtown living. The kitchen includes: granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and stainless steel finishes, as well as a small in-kitchen dining area (you will need a smaller table to fit the space). Appliances provided: a mid-sized fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave. Laundry area is located in the bathroom. There is currently a washer and dryer in the unit available for use if you'd like rent them for an additional $50 a month. If you have your own washer/dryer then you may use the hook-ups, and we will remove the appliances before move-in. This unit has 2 assigned parking spaces right in front of the apartment. No smoking allowed. Utilities, wifi and landscaping are the responsibility of the tenant. High speed wifi internet is already installed ($50/mo.), landscaping can be taken care of by the tenant or can be handled by the owners for $25 monthly.
