Main bedroom includes California King bed frame + mattress, two nightstands, two dressers, and a bookshelf. Second bedroom includes: one queen bed frame + mattress, one nightstand, one desk with office chair. Both bathrooms include a toilet, vanity + sink, and a shower + tub. Patio has a view of the foothills and includes patio furniture (table, chairs, bistro lighting). There is on site parking available in non-designated spots, plus a community pool + small gym. Property is walking distance to multiple restaurants, and is 10-15 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater and Morrison, lots of hiking, Chatfield Resevoir, with easy access to downtown Littleton (15 minutes), Boulder (45 mins) and Denver (25-30 minutes) by car. Ideal for a tenant (or tenants; max 4 people) looking for a turn-key, 1 year rental that is well furnished, newly renovated, and low maintenance. Rent includes all costs except rental insurance (required) and gas/electric which will be paid by tenant directly to Excel Energy Monthly. This bill typically total $100-$150. Water, trash, exterior maintenance is funded via HOA payments that are built into the cost of the lease.
