This condo is in the heart of Capitol Hill in what most people consider the most beautiful historic building in the area.
People who have stayed in my guest room always comment on how comfortable the bed is and how quiet and dark the room is for sleeping.
The bathroom was recently remodeled and there is a new washer/dryer, dishwasher, and gas stove. My office has a peloton and free weights you're welcome to use. Enjoy grilling on the back balcony or reading on the private front balcony.
I am renting out my guest room for mid-term leases (1-3 months). It is fully furnished and the bathroom is shared. I have a dog, Cooper, who is very friendly and will allow you to bring your dog if we think they will get along.
All utilities included (water, electric, gas, wifi). Radiator system in the colder months and portable AC unit for when it's warmer.
I will be living there as well with my dog so you are welcome to use the entire space minus my room :)
