Full size bathtub with shower, New toilet & vanity, small dining area, good storage areas, good sized bedroom (comfortably holds a queen size bed & other furniture), Baseboard heat, each unit has its own hot water tank, full size electric stove/oven, full size fridge, new microwave & NEW kitchen counter, sink & quiet close cupboards & drawers. 4 windows facing North & South & small covered front porch area. New washer & dryer in the building. We are close to: SPU, Magnolia, QA, Interbay, Ballard, ship canal & Fremont. monthly rent $1555. mandatory fees: Security Deposit $1555 optional fees (Parking) $100/month due with rent - If spot is available. utilities the renter must pay (Through Seattle City Light at their current rates) utilities added with rent (Water, Sewer, Garbage/compost, Ridwell & some building electric) $90 for one person & $130 for two people total monthly cost $1645 (1 person) $ 1685(2 people) + 1 time, nonrefundable app fee through Zillow (whatever their current price is) 1 cat or 1 small-medium dog ok with deposit of $388 No Pet rent. No last month's rent due at lease signing. 1 yr lease to start.
